my work // Sandra's test // quick experiments

Sometimes you need so little to become happy. I remember last Thursday, when after Sandra's (that beauty above) test, I came back home, transfered the results to my laptop and I was smiling the rest of the day just because I was really proud of my job that day! These portraits are actually just a quick experiment (about 5 min). But a successful one, I think. And no synthetic effects, just a little light, a little beauty and everything with love.
btw, that thing in Sandra's hair is a tie by Decolte!

with love, Ieva

Labas rytas!

Good morning!
I've decided to honor my Lithuanian readers and to start writing this little blog in two languages. Writing in English is fun and sometimes it's even more easier to collapse my thoughts, but I realize, that most of my readers are Lithuanians and I'm Lithuanian myself. I think, I dream and speak in Lithuanian. In general, I'd love to write more here. And I shouldn't say this loud probably, it might be just another empty promise. Or maybe not. It's just that usually I don't have a clue what to write... In any case, the main idea of this scrappy and irrelevant post is that from now on, I'll be a better Lithuanian.

bye bye, I'm off for a run in užupis!

what's new and what's old

this one is new. pure evil. I got this for 1lt and every time I hold it in my hands I wonder: what kind of fur it is? without a heartache.
this is still new, as well. Monika is in Vilnius! a very serious girl, as you see.
this looks like an old one, but it's too beautiful too be thrown out.

me looking in the mirror. old one, definitely.
me baking pies in my hostel's kitchen. sth new.

a view through my window. not so new, I'll get a new one in a month.
and that's sth new.
